In this talk, I address your inner bully and the box she has put you in which keeps you feeling and playing small. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f05a28;\"><strong>Ready to bust free from your box?<\/strong><\/span> Watch this 13 minute video and let me know what you think. And we\u2019re here to make an impact.<\/strong><\/span> <\/p>\n<p>Each of us are here for a very specific and important reason. And you are perfectly designed and capable of carrying out your life\u2019s work.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f05a28;\"><strong>But there\u2019s a problem.<\/strong><\/span> There\u2019s <span style=\"color: red;\"><strong>an inner bully<\/strong><\/span> who is running the show and she\u2019s put you in a box. In this box there is fear and criticism and negativity. There\u2019s doubt and lack and limitation. <\/p>\n<p>Your inner bully is the critical voice within that tells you, you aren\u2019t good enough, you aren\u2019t worthy, who do you think you are? She keeps you playing small. She calls the shots and you somehow believe her even though you don\u2019t want to.  She likes status quo and comfort and will fight to hold onto a predictable and ordinary life. She may have been with you most of your life and you might not even be aware of her voice or the impact she\u2019s having on you but make no mistake\u2026.she\u2019s powerful. She\u2019s believable and she\u2019s stealing your joy. She\u2019s stealing your peace. She\u2019s stealing your ability to have an impact in the way you are meant to. Inside the box are a bunch of lies and they have kept you prisoner to your own greatness. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f05a28;\"><strong>And I know this because I have a bully too.<\/strong><\/span> She had me believe I wasn\u2019t smart enough to go to college and even when I got accepted to all 5 Universities I applied to I still couldn\u2019t believe it. I\u2019d always looked for the proof that my bully was right rather than look for the proof that I was smart. Maybe you\u2019ve done this too? <\/p>\n<p>Have you ever stopped yourself from doing or saying something for fear of what others will think? Your inner bully says, if you do that they will not like you or accept you. You will be rejected or thought of as different. But what has it cost you to not speak your truth and go for what your heart truly desires because of what others may think?  It\u2019s time to stop looking for external validation and go inward and find your best friend within, the one who knows you are enough, and who knows you are meant to lead authentically and speak from the heart.<span style=\"color: #f05a28;\"><strong> Why? Because you are not meant to fit into a box.<\/strong><\/span> You are meant to live outside the box where there is freedom, joy, fulfillment, purpose, authentic self-expression, success and more. And you know that is what you truly want. Yet, it can feel so darn hard to bust free from the box and the chains of your inner bully.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f05a28;\"><strong>It\u2019s not your fault<\/strong><\/span> you have been put in a box. You are human and you\u2019ve been conditioned. Each of us have different sized boxes with bullies that have specifically chosen us.  Aren\u2019t we lucky? <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f05a28;\"><strong>But there\u2019s good news.<\/strong><\/span> <\/p>\n<p>The good news is there are tools to help you bust out of the box and free yourself from your inner bully. There is one master key that can set you free and I\u2019m going to give it to you right now. You know what it is only you may not be using it fully. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f05a28;\"><strong>It\u2019s called, Connection. I\u2019m going to share with you 5 ways to connect for maximum impact.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f05a28;\"><strong>Connect to your inner strength.<\/strong><\/span> This is where all your skills, gifts, talents, abilities lie.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f05a28;\"><strong>Connect to your purpose\/passion.<\/strong><\/span> Define purpose as a way of being, a getting to know your higher self and her impact. How you put yourself and your work out there is the expression of your purpose.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f05a28;\"><strong>Connect to your Spirituality\/Something greater than you.<\/strong><\/span> Here is peace.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f05a28;\"><strong>Connect to others who are supportive<\/strong><\/span> and who see you for what you are capable of. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f05a28;\"><strong>Connect to your heart.<\/strong><\/span> Where your intuition\/inner knowing\/inner compass lies. Informs you of your best next steps. <\/p>\n<p>When you are connected to your inner strength, your purpose and passion, your spirituality or something greater than you, others who see &#038; support you and your heart it unlocks your confidence, courage and clarity and your inner bully is no match for you. She doesn\u2019t stand a chance. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f05a28;\"><strong>I call this Courageous Connection.<\/strong><\/span> You see&#8230; it takes courage to connect to and stand in your truth, to fulfill on your mission\/life\u2019s work, to not give power to the naysayers and keep moving forward anyway. It takes courage to connect to your highest self knowing that your inner bully could be nearby ready to fight. But the payoff is far worth the risk. When you are connected to all your power sources, you unlock your courage, confidence, clarity and so much more.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m here to tell you it\u2019s time to bust out of the box and leave your inner bully behind.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f05a28;\"><strong>The payoff is<\/strong><\/span> to live a life of meaning, contribution, connection, joy, peace and more. And I think it\u2019s time you went for it. Don\u2019t you? <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f05a28;\"><strong>Courageous Connection will set you free.<\/strong><\/span> Start now by taking a moment to connect to the powerful energy within you and around you. Feel the power of the collective energy present here now. You may want to look around and truly connect with what you see or you may want to close your eyes and go inward to connect to the power within you. <\/p>\n<p>Whatever you choose, <span style=\"color: #f05a28;\"><strong>take a moment right now and connect courageously to something bigger than you.<\/strong><\/span> Feel your participation in that. Feel how powerful you are as one of many powerful beings among you. You see, when we begin to own our power individually, we give permission for the person next to us to do the same and we raise the collective power to impact. That unstoppable energy that is always there for you to tap into at any moment. Feel the unconditional love. Feel the power of your heart. Feel the collective synergy and take that with you as you move forward and pursue your contribution. The impact that you are here to make.
