This tailored program is co-designed by me and you, to meet your needs on any topic or challenges you are currently faced with. You have all the answers for your life within you and it is my job to bring them out. Together we got this!

What you will receive:

A Discovery Assessment Questionnaire that will help you and I gain clarity and focus about what your specific needs are and a plan of action to address them.
A Discovery Session to discuss the direction set forth in the Discovery Assessment
12 or 24 weekly sessions depending on which option you choose
Email accountability in between sessions

Most private coaching is done by phone or Skype. Contact me if you prefer working in person.
